Designing with people in mind

Designing with people in mind

A reflection on design as a tool for healing and fostering connections between people, spaces and contexts. Through a dialogue between architecture, landscape and psychology, it promotes a human-centred approach capable of creating inclusive, sustainable spaces that are mindful of the emotional, social and cultural well-being of communities.

MORNING Through a series of talks and a round-table discussion with environmental psychologists and architects, featuring short presentations and guided discussions, we will explore the relationship between people, the environment and design in an accessible and scientific manner.

AFTERNOON This session will explore the key research themes of the Master’s programme in Architectural and Landscape Psychology, highlighting the value of interdisciplinary dialogue and the strategic role of environmental psychology in architectural and landscape design.
