The aim of the Master in Architecture and Health is to stimulate reflection on themes on themes relating to the design, construction and management of the healthcare facility of the future, and of a city that promotes the wellbeing of its residents.

A post-graduate programme

The post-graduate programme of the Università Iuav di Venezia aims to specialise architects and engineers in the design, construction and management of hospitals and social-healthcare facilities, with a focus on the city and its urban spaces with therapeutic qualities. The courses are held by Iuav professors and external professionals in collaboration with the Veneto Region, the Ulss3 Serenissima and specialised companies. In addition to classroom teaching, the course includes targeted visits, meetings with qualified experts and lessons from internationally renowned architects and doctors. A summer workshop in partnership with companies operating in the sector and the internship carried out in the fall at healthcare companies and private practices will complete the training path.
